Therapy provides a supportive space to explore challenges, develop healthier patterns, and create meaningful change. I work with young adults, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship concerns, and life transitions. Sessions are tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy offers a safe and collaborative space to explore personal challenges such as anxiety, mood concerns, ADHD, trauma, grief, and major life transitions. Together we work to better understand emotional patterns, develop coping strategies, and build skills that support long-term growth and stability.

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy helps partners improve communication, rebuild trust, and strengthen emotional connection. Many couples come to therapy feeling stuck in recurring conflicts or navigating significant life changes together. Using relationship-focused approaches such as Emotionally Focused Therapy, couples can develop healthier ways to communicate and support one another.

Insurance & Payment

Therapy sessions are billed through Mindful Therapy Group. I currently accept several major insurance plans through their network. Coverage may vary depending on your specific plan, so clients are encouraged to verify their mental health benefits with their insurance provider.

Private pay options are also available for clients who prefer not to use insurance.
